Do You Offer Wholesale accounts?

Paper Papaya Co. is excited to discuss wholesale accounts with eligible businesses and non-profits. There is a $150 minimum for the initial order, and no minimum after that. Send us a message at hello@paperpapayaco.com with the subject line 'wholesale', and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

WHat are your Return Policies? 

Paper Papaya Co. does not offer any refunds on products bought from our shop, but we do work diligently to provide high quality items that meet our standards. If an item is damaged or you receive the wrong order please let us know ASAP. Paper Papaya Co. reserves the right to request pictures of the damages/order, and on rare occasions will will request the item(s) be shipped back to the shop at the expense of Paper Papaya Co.

Shipping Policies

COVID & HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE

We are doing our best to get your orders out with a quicker lead time than usual due to USPS delays. We ask that you are patient, and understanding as your packages may take 3-4 extra business days to be received. If you have any immediate concerns about your order, please email us directly at hello@paperpapayaco.com & we’d be happy to help you.

Please note: We are not responsible for your packages once it is in USPS’ hands, and we do not have control over USPS shipping delays. We will always do our best to help you if a package is delayed, but please keep in mind we do not have any authority within the Postal System. If you would like to ship with another carrier (UPS/ FedEx) for a faster or more reliable shipping time, please contact us and we will switch it for you and invoice you the difference in cost.
